Submitting a contact form on this website constitutes a request for a free consultation and estimate only. No service agreement or contract is created until both parties have signed a separate written agreement.

By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from RoanBuilt. Messages are limited to inquiry confirmation, scheduling, and follow-up related to your project estimate.

RoanBuilt offers a free outdoor design assessment (a $150 value) for qualifying DFW homeowners. This includes an on-site visit, measurements, a hand-drawn layout sketch, material recommendations, and a no-obligation pricing estimate.

The free assessment is subject to availability and is limited to residential properties within our active service areas.
